About LeakSleuth

LeakSleuth is a specialist leak detection company based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire, born out of an established local plumbing and heating business, Roxby Plumbing & Heating. Years of being called to mystery pressure drops and damp patches taught us two things: most leaks are found by method, not luck, and the person who finds the leak should understand the pipework well enough to fix it.

Engineers first, detectives second

Plenty of detection outfits will hand you a grainy thermal image and leave. We come at it from the trade side. We know how heating systems are plumbed, where installers take shortcuts, and which pipe materials fail and how. That knowledge shortens surveys, because we look where leaks actually happen, and it means the repair conversation starts the moment the leak is marked.

• Two-method proof. We confirm a location with independent evidence before recommending anyone opens a floor.
• Fixed prices. Quoted before we attend, honoured on the day.
• Straight reporting. If we think your problem is condensation and not a leak, the report says so.
